Rotary Celebrating $1.05-Million In Funding For Area Communities

Over $1-million and still going strong.
That’s what the Dryden Rotary Charity Foundation has raised for community groups the last 10-years from Rotary Radio Bingo on CKDR as well as other fundraisers.
Sandra Boyko calls it an impressive milestone.
90-groups from across the region have benefited from the funding including the big three; the Dryden Regional Health Services Foundation, Rotary Park and the Tamarac House.
Over $148,000 has already been donated to several groups this year and the Foundation has already made a $100,000 committment to Dryden Youth Soccer at Rotary Park.
