The City of Dryden has agreed on the engineering design and the
financial plans for the paving of the main runway at the Airport.
The project is fully funded by the Federal Government and the firm
PSMI will handle the engineering work.
Airport Manager George Friesen says he is pleased that the project can
now move forward.
Friesen says he still needs to work with his stakeholders on minimizing
disruption and he hints that repaving may start in August or September.
