Rural Barn Destroyed In Large Fire

No one was injured in a massive barn fire in Oxdrift.
Firefighters were called to the blaze on the Robin Hill farm on Adams road around 10 o’clock Wednesday night.
The Oxdrift Fire Team says crews arrived to a barn fully engulfed and threatening surrounding buildings.
With support from Dryden and Machin fire, crews were able to contain the blaze.
Firefighters spent the entire night and this morning extinguishing the fire.
The barn was completely destroyed and the cause is under investigation.
Officials say smoke from the fire could be seen from Dryden.
