The Town of Sioux Lookout is continuing to work on a deal to purchase vacant land owned by CN Rail which would be home to the new Hudson Water Treatment Plant.
The property is located near First Avenue in Hudson, however CN Rail has yet to attach a price tag on the property.
Town officials are hoping CN will donate it.
Despite the financial glitch, Director of Operations John Paulson says the municipality is looking through tenders and the design for the Treatment Plant is almost complete.
Paulson expects to award a contact by the summer, with construction starting shortly after.
Hudson residents continue to be under a boil water advisory.
