A Sandy Lake First Nation woman has been handed a 6-month conditional sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.
OPP charged 38-year-old Ellen Rae after a shipment of prescription pills were seized during a RIDE check on the Nord Road, north of Pickle Lake.
Rae appeared in Sioux Lookout Court Tuesday.
