Northwestern Ontario residents should be on on the lookout for another telephone scam.
OPP say it involves a message going to your answering machine, pager or computer asking you to call a number with a Caribbean area code.
Police say the caller indicates a relative has become ill, you have won a price or someone you know has been arrested.
If you do respond, you could be hit with a 24-hundred dollar phone bill.
Police encourage the public to report any suspicious calls to Phone Busters.
