Scary Incident for a Sioux Lookout Family

A potentially tragic situation was averted this week on Pelican Lake.
Sioux Lookout OPP responded to a call about 2 youngsters swimming to Squaw Island who suddenly disappeared from view.
The Police boat was launched but officers found that the boys had already been picked up by others in the area.
The kids were unharmed and turned over to their guardians.
