The Keewatin-Patricia District School Board is hoping the second time is a charm when it comes to securing Provincial capital funding.
Superintendent of Business Dean Carrie says the same projects selected in 2012 will be brought forward once again this year.
They include a new high school in Sioux Lookout which would cost $31.5 million and $7.2 million worth of renovations at Valleyview Public School in Kenora.
Enrolment at Valleyview has spiked to 236-students this year with the addition of French Immersion and full-day kindergarten.
Carrie says the applications must be submitted by the end of this month.
Carrie says the projects would be given first consideration if the Board can form some kind of partnership with an outside agency or another school board.
