The Keewatin Patricia District School Board plans to use a projected 2 million dollar surplus to pay off several projects.
Preliminary financial results for the 2005-2006 year show the board is under budget in several areas. Trustee Grant Erickson notes that if the extra money was put into reserves, the Province might assume current funding levels are too high.
