A 20-year-old Toronto woman is still missing east of Thunder Bay after
three nights of intensive searching by police and rescue teams.
However, searchers say Christina Calayaca’s chances of survival remain
good, despite the fact she didn’t have any overnight camping gear.
she has been missing since Monday morning when she went for a jog in
Rainbow Falls Provincial Park, a rugged park overlooking Lake Superior.
Provincial police are co-ordinating an intensive air and ground
search that includes police dogs, a helicopter and a marine unit.
