Second Chance Doesn’t Make Final 30

Tough break for the Second Chance Pet Network.
The Dryden Animal Shelter has failed to crack the top 30 in the Aviva Community Fund on-line competition.
Local organizers were hoping to have a shot at $1-million for the new Shelter.
10-projects in Ontario made the Final, none of which were from Northern Ontario.
