Train-Pedestrian Fatal Crash in Fort Frances

Police are looking into the circumstances surrounding a fatal incident involving a pedestrian and a train in Fort Frances.
OPP say the mishap occurred near the Canadian National Railway main yard just after 2 o’clock Sunday morning.
Police say a westbound locomotive was leaving the rail yard when it struck a man.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Justin Degagne of Fort Frances.
Foul play is not suspected.
