Second Sandy Beach Now Closed

It couldn’t come at a worst time for Sioux Lookout area residents.
The Northwestern Health Unit has closed Second Sandy Beach on Pelican Lake in Sioux Lookout due to high levels of E-Coli bacteria.
High winds and heavy rains are believed to be the prime factors in the increased levels.
