Second Scam Reported This Week

This seems to a popular week for scams in the region.
The CKDR Newsroom received an email from a resident who got a phone call from an unknown number, telling her that she has problems with her computer, and asked for personal information.
When the resident asked for the name of the caller, he said “Ricky” and wouldn’t provide his ID number.
This is a fraudster trying to access personal files.
