Senior Thistles Not Heading To Allan Cup

The Kenora Senior Thistles will not be heading to the Allan Cup.
Over the weekend Kenora fell in straight games to the Dundas Real McCoy’s in the Renwick Cup Championship.
In Game 1 on Friday, Dundas skated to a 5-3 victory.
They backed it up Saturday by taking down Kenora 5-2.
It marks the first time in five years the Thistles will not play for the national crown.
However, Kenora is in line to hold the Renwick Cup next year followed by the Allan Cup in 2017.
