Seniors Complex Closer to Reality

Plans to construct the Lifelease Seniors Complex in the Van Horne
Avenue and West Wabigoon Drive area are moving forward.
Dryden Council has agreed to rezone the property to allow for the creation of the
36-unit affordable housing complex.
Completion of the project hinges on a site plan agreement.
Some Kerney Court residents have voiced concern about losing green
spaces, emergency vehicles not being able to access the area as well as endangering
a turtle populaton.
