Ontario Natural Resources Minister Bill Mauro is defending a new fee for hunting and fishing licence’s.
Starting on Monday it will cost you an extra $2 to obtain a licence through a service fee.
Mauro says it will help raise revenue for fish and wildlife management programs.
The Opposition says the province hasn’t said where money from previous license sales have gone in over three years.
