The City of Dryden and the Ministry of Environment have reached a settlement on outstanding charges.
The charges stem from the City not producing an engineering report on sewage works within a 60 day period.
Reports were already filed, however the MOE requested a separate study which would have cost the City thousands more.
Dryden has been fined $8,000.
Fines can reach up to $250,000.
The MOE report found that nothing was wrong with the sewage system.
