Sewage Treatment Plant Construction Continues

Work on the Sewage Treatment plant continues.
The project has been plagued by several delays and the City says work won’t be completed until November.
Waterworks Manager Dean Walker says all of the pumps still need to be checked and the computers need to be working properly.
Walker says they expect to start transferring sewage from the old plant to the new one by October 24th.
