Sex Offender Registry

Ontario is offering to help create a national registry for sex offenders.
Federal Solicitor General Lawrence MacAulay has said legislation for the registry will be presented to Parliament as soon as possible.
Ontario is the only province with such a registry and the provinces Solicitor General says its experience will be useful in planning the federal system.
