Shadow Water Bills Coming Soon in Dryden

No need to pay the shadow bill.
That’s the message from Director of Public Works and Engineering Mike Loutitt regarding the water bills that will be coming out soon.
He says residents will get the flat rate bill, as well as the shadow bill for the last month.
Louttit says the bills will include a fixed rate, and a consumption rate.
