Shoal Lake Concerned With Highway 17 Twinning

The Shoal Lake First Nation says its not getting anywhere in its talks with the Province of Manitoba or Ontario.
The band is concerned about the impact that twinning of the Trans-Canada Highway will have on their community.
Chief Eli Mandamin says no-one has really addressed their concerns.
Provincial and Federal officials both say that work on the Trans-Canada should begin shortly.
