A tall order awaits the English River Miners as they begin the SIJHL Playoffs this evening.
The Miners take on the Thunder Bay North Stars in the Best-of-5 Quarter-Final.
Thunder Bay finished the regular season with 58-points, while English River ended things with 25-points. However, the Miners did post four victories against the fourth place North Stars.
The winner faces Fort Frances in the Semi-Final.
Game time is 6:30 eastern.
