Sioux Lookout Apartment Fire Displaces Families

Quick response from the Sioux Lookout Fire Department prevented an apartment fire from spreading to neighbouring properties.

Around 6:00 p.m. Wednesday night the Fire Department, along with Provincial Police and North West Emergency Medical Services responded to a fire at the seven-unit apartment building on Prince Street.

All tenants made it out of the building safely and as a result, seven families are displaced.

The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
