Sioux Lookout Council Votes To Keep Ward 1

Sioux Lookout has striked down a motion to merge Hudson with Sioux Lookout.
The decision by Council was made on Wednesday in front of a group of concerned Hudson residents.
The move could have resulted in less representation for Hudson on Council.
Mayor Dennis Leney says the merger doesn’t make sense and he’s glad that Council agreed to keep Ward 1.
