A hospital fundraiser is being hosted by the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Hospital Auxiliary.
The Annual Soup and Sandwich Luncheon will be happening on Friday from 11:30 to 1:30 at the Sioux Area Activity Centre on Front Street.
Spokesperson Lorraine Bennett says proceeds from the event will help purchase a piece of hospital equipment or for items that will help in the care and well-being of patients.
Bennett says the luncheon is open to everyone and take-out will be available for people with shorter lunch times.
She stresses the ultimate goal is to ensure all hospital patients are taken care of and comfortable.
