The OPP in Kenora has been cleared in the death of a 35-year-old man in June of 2019.
The Ontario Special Investigations Unit says there is no basis to continue with criminal charges.
On June 10th, of 2019, a man was arrested by the OPP but was admitted to hospital after lapsing into acute medical distress f
He was subsequently airlifted to the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre where he passed away five days later.
The case file has since been closed.
