The latest fishing regulations for the region are out.
Only one change is in store for Eagle Lake and its a correction to a mistake made last year.
Ministry of Natural Resources Spokesperson Mark Sobchuk says the pike and walleye seasons didn’t line up.
The pike season was a week later than the walleye due to the way the regulation was written.
Sobchuk says the week delay for pike impacted tourist outfitters in the Eagle Lake area.
