Smoke Damage From Kitchen Fire

The Dryden Fire Service is again reminding folks about the importance of having a working smoke alarm.
Firefighters were dispatched to a kitchen fire at a modular home at the Green Acres Trailer Park just before midnight Sunday.
Heavy smoke was removed by fans and the small fire was put out.
Acting Fire Chief Ken Kurz says Ontario Fire Code charges are pending as the home didn’t appear to have a working smoke alarm installed.
