Smoking will be allowed on Hospital property, at least for now.
The Dryden Regional Health Centre has held off on a 100% smoke
free ban.
Chair Kathy Bryck says the Board of Directors voted 9-4 in favour of
a graduated action plan.

Bryck says they are a healthcare facility and should be proactive in
the fight against second hand smoke but notes they must be sensitive to the
concerns of staff, patients and visitors.
