Smooth Transition in Red Lake

Catholic schools in Red Lake and Kenora are now under the direction of 1-School Board.
The Kenora Cathlic District School Board merged with the St. Joseph’s Board in Red Lake over the summer.
Director of Education Phylis Aikre says they are still not sure what the economic impact is going to be on the board.
Aikre says so far the amalgamation process has gone smoothly.
114-students are enrolled in the Red Lake school district.
