Snowmobiler Falls Through Ice in Red Lake

A snowmobiler is safe and sound after falling through the ice in Red Lake.
OPP say the man went through near the Chukuni Bridge on Highway 125 on Sunday afternoon.
Constable Beth Chevalier says the man safely swam to shore and was treated by paramedics on scene.
Chevalier says everyone needs to use extreme caution when venturing onto the ice.
She notes ice is solid in some areas but extremely weak near currents.
