Softwood Lumber Ruling

The Ontario Forest Industries Association suggests the Softwood Lumber dispute could be coming to an end.
A NAFTA Panel has ruled that the U.S. International Trade Commission has not provided any evidence that Canadian Softwood is harming American producers.
Association Spokesperson Jamie Lim says the Americans have pretty much used up all their legal challenges.
Lim believes the American legal challenges could be exhausted by spring 2005.
