The MPP for the Kiiwetinoong Riding is proud of the work he is doing at Queen’s Park.
Sol Mamakwa believes the new riding he is from helps provide Toronto some perspective from Northwestern Ontario.
Mamakwa says there is a limited understanding of the far north at Queen’s Park and he hopes to be able to inform both sides on what sorts of issues need to be addressed.
He mentions he was disappointed when the premier ignored questions about the quality of the school in Kaschewan.
Mamakwa also hopes to become more visible in the region with more constituency offices.
