Traditionally, safety courses have been taught in a class with a certified trainer.
Transportation Minister John Yakabuski says the online training responds to requests from the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs.
Yakabuski says the online training will be an effective way to reach – and teach – new generations of snowmobile riders.
