Elections Canada has identified the amount of money each party and each candidate can spend this federal election.
In the Kenora riding, the parties can spend just under $91,000, while candidates are capped at roughly $226,000.
In Thunder Bay-Rainy River, each party as up to $133,000 to work with and candidates can spend $233,000.
The numbers are higher this election because of the extended campaign period.
