St. John School in Red Lake is inviting parents and kids to a ‘Playground Playdate’ Wednesday.
Tammy Bush is the Early Years Lead for the Kenora Catholic District School Board and she says students starting school in the Fall can come out and explore the playground with current Kindergarten students.
Bush says it’s a chance to meet someone new, get comfortable with the environment and connect with other students.
She adds it’s a great opportunity for a meet-and-greet between parents and educators.
The event is being held between 11:30 and noon.
