Staff To Update Council On 2013 Budget

City Manager Joe van Koeverden will update Dryden Council tonight on the state of the 2013 municipal budget.
Staff had to go back to the drawing board to find roughly $1-million in savings due to the assessment of the Domtar Mill.
Several pink slips have been issued the past couple of weeks and van Koeverden is expected to give a status report during the open meeting.
An update on staffing and the Dryden Development Corporation will also be provided in the closed portion of the meeting.
The open portion starts at 7 o’clock at City Hall.
