The price of sending a letter within Canada is soon going
to cost 50 cents.
Canada Post is raising it’s postage prices starting on
January 17th.
Spokesperson Brian Gerrigan says the increase in prices
really isn’t that bad.

Gerrigan adds the extra revenue from the price changes
will go towards improving day to day service.
Sending a regular sized letter to the U-S, or a package
within Canada that weighs more than 30 grams will cost 85
cents.
