More than 11 per cent of the workforce in Kenora is
nearing retirement age.
Statistics Canada has released new census data which
shows a national trend of a declining rate of youth
entering the workorce to replace retiring baby boomers.
Analyst Tracey Leesti says there are a number of fields
that need new young workers.

workforce is age 55 to 64.
