The Northwestern Health Unit continues to keep a close eye on COVID-19 numbers following an outbreak in Kenora a couple of weeks ago.
There was just one positive case over the Thanksgiving long weekend and that was in the Dryden/Red Lake area.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Kit Young Hoon says it will likely be the end of the week before we know if there was any community spread from the nine cases in Kenora earlier this month.
No new positive cases have been reported yet.
