A Shoal Lake #39 resident faces several charges following an impaired driving investigation near Red Lake.
Earlier this month, officers were called after receiving a complaint of a vehicle stopped in the southbound lane of Highway 105, near Aerobus Lake Road.
Police located the vehicle near Golden Hook Camp.
Police determined that the driver was not only impaired, but also that the truck he was in was stolen.
39-year-old Darcy Green has been charged with impaired driving and also theft over $5,000.
He is due to appear in Red Lake court on September 27th.
