Students Protesting High Tuition Fees

The Canadian Federation of Students-Ontario says since the Liberals took office, the province’s tuition fees have gone from fourth to second
highest in Canada.
They’re upset with Premier Dalton McGuinty for the cancellation of a tuition freeze in 2006, and for allowing fees to rise as high as 8-percent per year, over 4 years.
Students marched through the streets of Thunder bay and Toronto yesterday demanding lower tuition fees.
