Successful Blood Donor Clinic

Day one of a spring blood donor clinic in Dryden has been a success.
Harvey Heather, a spokesperson for Canadian Blood Services, says there were 166 donors on Monday with 133 units of blood collected.
He adds those numbers are slightly better than what was targeted.
The blood donor clinic continues today at the Dryden High School gymnasium, from 12 to 3-PM and from 5 to 9-PM.
