Susan Barclay Enters NDP Race

The Federal New Democrats appear to be quietly picking up steam locally with almost 900 members already signed up.
Susan Barclay is seeking the NDP nomination in the new Kenora riding.
The Sioux Lookout resident was runner-up tp MP Bob Nault in the 2000 election.
Barclay says her focus doesn’t change even though Nault won’t be in the picture this time around.
Barclay says she will present the NDP as the National alternative against a Government that doesn’t listen to ordinary folks but instead listens to its Corporate friends.
A nomination meeting is set for early March.
No other candidates have come forward.
