Suspicious Fire In Vermilion Bay

A home in Vermilion Bay has been destroyed following a Thursday night fire.
Machin and Oxdrift crews spent until midnight battling the stubborn blaze.
Machin Fire Chief Reagan Breeze says the home was abandoned and the hydro wasn’t connected.
Breeze says the fire is suspicious as they found footprints going in and out of the home.
Police are investigating.
