As of February 15th the Skywalk (also known as the Pedestrian Overpass) will be CLOSED during from 7pm-6am daily.

Dryden Overpass Closure Today
The City of Dryden is finishing upgrades to the Duke Street Overpass.
The overpass will be closed to motorists and pedestrians for most of the morning Tuesday to complete road repairs.
The closure is expected to last until 11:30pm. (Not 11:30am as previously reported)
A warning that alternate routes may be congested and delays can be expected.
Road Work On Overpass Underway
A reminder of traffic disruptions starting Thursday in Dryden.
Public Works is starting road repairs on the Duke Street Overpass.
The road will be closed to south bound traffic, while the north bound lane will remain open.
The sidewalk will be off-limits to pedestrians.
Delays can be expected and you should consider alternate routes.
The work is scheduled from 7am until 7pm daily until October 2nd.
Lane Reduction On Duke Street Overpass
Some travel disruptions for motorists in Dryden today. (Friday, October 18th)
The Duke Street Overpass will be reduced to one lane of traffic starting at 9:00am.
Public Works is completing road repairs.
The overpass is scheduled to fully re-open around 3:00pm.
