Be aware of a scam that has hit the Dryden area.
There are numerous complaints of a Tbaytel scam where most people are receiving a text message warning the customer of a billing mistake.
It asks you to click on a link to receive a refund.
It then asks for personal information, banking information, an email and a password.
Tbaytel says it doesn’t conduct business in this way.
