Public elementary teachers are ramping up job action Monday.
Local Teachers Federation President Anne Saltel says the classroom won’t be affected by the most recent move.
Instructors will refrain from attending Ministry of Education meetings, workshops and mandated meetings with principals.
The next round of action will see teachers end plans for fields trip next year as well as stop planning student transition programs into a new grade.
Saltel says no progress in contract talks has been made since beginning the job action on May 11th.
