Teen Charged in Pepper Spray Incident

A teenager has now been charged after an incident that sent 16
Fort Frances High School students to hospital.
Police allege a boy released a canister of pepper spray on Wednesday.
Nearly 1,000 students were forced out of the building.
Several people had breathing problems and became nauseous when the spray was released..
A 15-year-old unidentified boy is charged with mischief and
unauthorized possession of a weapon.
